What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no hard per-SKU MOQ for mixed orders — we regularly load mixed containers combining series and sizes for first-time buyers. Single-SKU production is most economical from roughly 100–300 pieces depending on the model. Small trial orders are welcome; unit pricing adjusts with volume.
Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes — mixed-container programs are our specialty for distributors testing a market. We optimize the loading plan across carton sizes so you get the most out of every 40'HQ.
How do I get a price list?
The full 36-SKU FOB price list with carton sizes and container loading is available on request — use the inquiry form and it reaches you within one business day. Tiered pricing (100 / 300 / 500 / 1,000+ pcs) is quoted per SKU.
Samples
Can I order samples before committing?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Samples are couriered worldwide (DHL/FedEx). Sample and courier terms are flexible, and sample costs are creditable against your first bulk order.
Can I get a custom sample with my own branding?
Yes. Send a reference photo or spec sheet and we produce a pre-production sample with your customization — colors, tip density, flocking, lighting and packaging artwork.
Production & lead time
What is the lead time?
Standard 45–60 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on season and order size. Through our partner network we hold ship dates even during the July–September peak — your confirmed deadline is our commitment.
What is your production capacity?
Over 10,000 trees per month across our own floor and partner workshops, with peak-season flex for large programs.
Can I have my own brand and packaging?
Yes — OEM/ODM is a core service. Private label on product, boxes, hangtags and manuals; retail color boxes or kraft e-commerce cartons; barcodes and multi-language inserts supported. See the OEM/ODM page for the full option list.
Quality & compliance
Are the trees certified for my market?
Certified configurations are available for major destination markets, including US and EU light-string standards. Tell us the destination country and we match the compliant plug, voltage and certification set, with documentation provided on request.
What quality control do you run?
Incoming material checks, in-line tip-count and flocking density control, 100% burn-in testing of light strings on pre-lit models, and carton drop checks before container loading. Third-party or buyer-appointed inspection before shipment is welcome.
Payment & shipping
What are your payment terms?
Standard for new customers: T/T 30% deposit with PO, and the 70% balance payable against the shipped-on-board Bill of Lading copy — you never pay the balance before the goods are on the vessel. Flexible structures (L/C, arrival-based balance) are available for established partners after the first successful season.
Which Incoterms and ports do you support?
Standard quotation is FOB Ningbo. CIF and door-delivery terms are available on request. Ningbo is one hour from the factory with weekly sailings to all major destinations.
How are the trees packed?
Your choice: kraft e-commerce cartons (recyclable, compression-tested, online-selling friendly) or retail color boxes with your artwork for shelf channels. Carton dimensions and 40'HQ loading quantities for every SKU are listed in the catalog.
